Just a tease

Just a few things that I put together the other day
with no real idea of what I wanted to write.
Gee nothing new!
These pictures were taken last Fall at the
wholesale nursery I had visited.

This helps me when it comes time to order.
I used to just put a check by the plants on the list...but when
I get down to ordering them in the winter I can't really remember
even with a description and a catalog picture what they
"really" look like.

Not a good example...believe it or not this
plant has no lovely script on it's leaves.
I guess you figured that out....
sadly I was late in ordering this knautia and it was sold out!

A sea of Euphorbia "Bonfire"

Just a reminder that there is still time to enter the giveaway.
Just leave a comment on the previous post.
Hope your all having a great weekend.
It's a beautiful sunny day today but we
had frost last night and it's suppose to be
chilly tonight too.
Stay warm!
Carole

Carole amor, I LOVE all that color! I just wanna run in all of that...inhale it all and then reach for my inhaler :) lol No seriously, it is all so beautiful...I really love the picture with the flowers and the script..a Giveaway huh? See all the great stuff that I miss when I don't get a chance to visit..I hope the weather is getting lovely there for you and that you can now start to see Spring everywhere that you look :) I am loving the sunshine here, although the allergies aren't that great...but the sunshine on my face is fabulous! Supposed to have rain during the week...funny but not even that can dampen my spirit right now, it is like these last few days of sunshine gave me strength :) wierd huh...Take care amor, thinking of you..Besos, Rose

Carole,

For an all white gal like me, these colors are intoxicating. Good thing I'm heading to the nursery in the morning because I think you have influenced me into a different direction.

Finally snagged my handyman-garden helper for all day tomorrow, so I can finally get the yard out of it's winter doldrums, before our crazy winds kick up again the end of the week.

The blog looks wonderful!

Carole I love your pictures! Oh I should dig you up the couple million (ok, maybe a ten or twenty) of the knautia from my garden and send to you. I love the sweet thing.
If I haven't told you before, I love your banner.

Love these images, especially the last one with the fairy floral overlay! Is that one that you have or did you acquire it elsewhere? Love it all! ~ Angela

Hi Carole, If you'd manage to grow white and cream colored flowers with scipt on their leaves, you'd be rich in a minute and we'd all be at your feet :-).
Hopefully it won't get too chilly for your plants!
Have a wonderful Sunday!
Hugs,
Julia

I like the orange poppies. Reminds me of our native wildflower Califorina poppy. But a shorter version. Have a great day..Julian
